    以裴氏网路建构弹性制造系统之动态模拟与 线上诊断系统之研究 摘要
    随著全球性生产结构的变化与科技的进步,制造系统的控制顺序日趋复杂, 在控制程式设计,系统维护及故障诊断功能的期待更日益殷切.本文针对弹性制 造系统(FMS),以裴氏网路(PN)理论为基础,设计建构自动化制造系统之顺序控制 动态模型;应用物件导向程式语言 Visual Basic 建构动态模拟系统,经验证控制系 统之设计后,依动态模拟模型快速地完成系统顺序控制程式之编撰;再透过 PLC 与 PC 的网路功能,将 FMS 的控制参数传递至 PC 之监控程式中,触发裴氏网路 之动态作动,使得 FMS 经由电脑动态模拟与即时线上诊断监控,以达系统设计与 模拟,即时系统远端监控与故障诊断自动化之目标.本研究不仅证实 FMS 可经由 电脑动态模拟及线上即时远端监控,且当系统发生状况时,可以透过网路影像与 人机界面即时远端诊断及故障排除.

    Abstract
    Due to the change of manufacturing infrastructure and the improvement of technologies, the operation sequence and process control is getting more and more complicated. Therefore, the need of a better control program design, easy system maintenance and diagnosis, is anticipated. In this study we developed a PC-based and PLC-based integrated control platform with PC Visual Basic-based (VB-Based), human-machine interface (HMI) based on the Petri Nets (PN) theory for the Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) at the factory floor of National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology. The FMS machine is controlled by PLC and monitored through the PC-based HMI platform. The proposed system shows a lot of merits by adopting this economically and discretely control unit with PLC, VB with PN as tools. When the System was down, the presented system can easily help diagnosing the malfunction of the manufacturing system through the PC monitor. The malfunction of the manufacturing system can be resolved rapidly and remotely. Keywords: FMS; Petri nets; HMI; On-line dynamic monitor
