德國高中畢業考制度之變革與發展趨勢 149 * 張源泉，國立暨南國際大學比較教育學系助理教授電子郵件：yuanchuanchang@ncnu.edu.tw 來稿日期：2011 年 4 月 22 日；修訂日期：2011 年 5 月 13 日；採用日期：2011 年 5 月 23 日德國高中畢業考制度之變革與發展趨勢張源泉 * 摘要本文以文件分析法探討德國高中畢業考之發展。在十九世紀三○年代前，德意志諸邦國已將高中畢業考作為高等學校入學資格。在普魯士教育改革時期，基於洪堡之教育理念，使得古典語言成為文理中學之考試重點；後因威廉二世重視民族文化，使得德文漸取代古典語言。二十世紀初，實科學校興起； 1926 年普魯士修訂考試規則，依學校類型而有不同考試，並被沿用至納粹時期。二次戰後新人文主義傳統復興，修訂前述考試規則並加以沿用。至 1972 年的「高級部改革」，大幅簡化考試科目；而後因大眾質疑其公平性，因而限制學生之科目選擇；本世紀之主要改革則為畢業統考之實施。綜言之，其發展趨勢可歸結為大眾化、內容簡單化與統一化。關鍵詞：德國教育、教育改革、高中畢業考

In the early 1930s, German states already set graduation examination as a requirement of entering higher education. Based on the philosophy of Humboldt Prussia had reformed the system of education, and took classical languages as important subject in the high school curriculum. However, the importance of classical languages has been reduced due to the racial cultures of Wilhelm II. In the beginning of the 20th century, Realschule became popular, and as such, amendments have been made in 1926,
