“依诺维特”杯机电工程及相关专业研究生学术论文集浅谈搅拌设备结构设计中的几个问题王波梁政钟功祥樊洪（西南石油学院机电工程学院）（西南油气田分公司川中油气矿）王波，男，1977 年 7 月生，西南石油学院 2002 级研究生；机械电子工程梁政，教授、博士生导师； 610550 西南石油学院机电工程学院，028—83032242。 Email : liangzheng219779@sohu.com 摘要就搅拌设备怎样确定其容器的几何尺寸、传动装置型式和支座与轴封的选择，以及怎样合理设置搅拌轴承的位置，从而减少弯曲压力及搅拌设备传动部位的振动和噪音，提出了在单元操作中经常用到的搅拌设备的结构设计问题，本文将从减小搅拌轴承振动、提高临界转速及轴向推力的缓和装置、减小悬空插入搅拌容器内附件的振动等几个方面加以阐述，并详细论述了解决这些问题的方法，为工程设计、制造安装提供了一定的依据。对搅拌设备的结构设计，是根据工艺设计后提出的各项工艺要求，正确合理的选择上述部分的结构型式及必要的强度计算，以满足设备连续运转、安全可靠、操作方便等各项使用要求。关键词搅拌器振动轴设备设计 Several Questions about Structure Design of Mixing Equipment Wang Bo Liang Zheng Zhong Gongxiang Fan Hong Wang Bo, grade 2002 Master student of SWPI Search field: Mechatronics Engineering Liang Zheng, professor、doctor tutor; Address: Mechatronics Engineering Institute.SWPI ZIP:610550 Abstract How to design the container’s geometry size and chose the drive equipment and foundation and how to set up mixing bearing place reasonable of the mixing equipment.we advance some structure designs that often used in unit operations from the side of decreasing cracking stress and vibration noise at mix equipment transmission parts,and discuss those means of comprehend questions in detail which is decreasing the vibration of bearing and bump critical speed up and chosing the relaxing equipment of the axial thrust and decreasing the suspend adjunct’s vibration when it is inserted the agitator.
