服装 CAD 系统组合优化模型研究

要:服装 CAD 系统的组合选用影响着其投产后的使用效果. 提出基于 AHP/0-1 规划的系统组合优化模型. AHP 解决了单一部件的评价问题, 得到其质量评价系数; 再利用 0-1 规划完成了系统的组合优化. 结合实 案, 从而验证了此模型的可行性. 例, 在投资预算的约束下, 综合考虑营销中的捆绑销售问题, 建立了系统组合优化模型, 得到了最优配置方

Model for clothing CAD system combinatorial optimization

服装 CAD 技术在我国推广已 20 余年,目前已形 成了自己的特色. 尽管从市场占有率看,目前我国自 主研发的服装 CAD 软件已占半壁江山[1], 但服装 CAD 的普及率仅在 15%左右. 而且有的厂家可能拥有数套 服装 CAD 软件, 有的则自从购置某些软件或硬件后却 几乎没有用过, 因此, 能高效运转服装 CAD 系统的厂 家数量可能要少得多. 造成这一局面的原因有很多, 其中,最初的 CAD 系统选型是否正确是个关键. 因为 目前服装 CAD 系统在国内还是一项先进技术, 许多服 装企业对此认识并不全面, 在采购时较为盲目; 同时, 设计软件和结果输出 3 部 服装 CAD 系统由图形输入, 分组成, 既有软件又有硬件, 而一个系统的优劣并不 是由其中某一个软件或硬件的质量决定的; 而且企业 的投资往往又要受到资金的限制. 因此,系统选型存 在一个组合优化问题: 即根据企业需求, 在资金约束
