1. Foreword
We have studied ME250 course this semester. It is a course of 10 credits. At the beginning of the semester, many of us can not understand how could a course be two times the credits of that of advanced mathematic. After a serious process of the basic tools of the engineering, market survey, QFD, the designing of the cup holder, UG and RP, we now fully understand that this course is quite different from the courses we usually take. It pays more attention on the ability than on the knowledge.
During the market survey, we obtain the ability to gain the information which we need through Q&A. By studying QFD, we learned how to qualify and describe the engineering characters and customers attributions. We also have the chance to practice UG and to make a prototype by RP at last.
We feel that we are more like an engineer now. We think as an engineer and practice as an engineer. We learned by trials and errors and hope that a better performance in the next attempt. Now here comes our report!
